Sitrusoewer River Camp is situated on the scenic banks of the Sundays River, only 50km from the Addo Elephant National Park and surrounded by citrus orchards making it an ideal getaway for the whole family.
We offer four self-catering cabins, each sleeping a family of four. All cabins have roof fans, as well as heaters for the cold nights. Blue Crane, Fish Eagle and Kingfhisher have aircons now! There are no stoves in the cabins, however, there is a two plate stove in the communal kitchen for cabin guests. We suggest you bring your own pots and pans.
Cabins are finished with reeds for a rustic feel and are equipped with a kettle, fridge, microwave, electric frying pan (in all except Kingfisher), toaster, casserole, braai equipment, crockery and cutlery. We provide bedding for three of the cabins, but for Kiepersol, we only provide pillows and duvet inners. Guests must please bring their own towels. We supply enough toilet paper and shower soap for 2 days as well as dishwashing liquid and dish towels for all cabins. No TV’s in cabins, but don’t fret – there is one in the communal lapa. You can arrange to have it unlocked, but please bring your own decoder and smartcard.
