The Molololo Restaurant at Addo African Home has a new menu elaborated by by Juliette Noe and Molololo team during their highly sought after Good France Festival late last year.
Some of the scrumptious new dishes includes: oyster tempura, kingklip gravlax with beetroot, kudu fillet with red wine emulsion & butternut mash, a cheese platter with homemade chutney, organic goat cheese and de Pekelaar Boerenkaas.
All ingredients are from local producers from farm to table.
