Addo accommodation at award winning Lupus Den Country House, twenty five minutes from the Addo Elephant National Park, is a quiet and peaceful country retreat, situated on a fourth generation working citrus farm in the Sundays River Valley. The farm, a green oasis of lush citrus groves, has been in the Walton family since 1894.

We offer six tastefully furnished en suite bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms are in our homestead and three are in the Garden Cottage, nestled between the garden and orange groves. The luxurious bedrooms in this cottage are private units, each with their own covered and comfortably furnished patio overlooking the garden, pool or orchards. These bedrooms offer guests the option of either an extra-superking double or two, three-quarter beds. There are no interleading doors between the cottage bedrooms. Each has a comfortable lounge area and a bathroom with both a bath and double walk-in shower. Two of these bedrooms also have double open-air showers. All bedrooms offer air-con, overhead fans, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryers and toiletries. In addition, the Garden Cottage bedrooms have bar fridges and digital safes for our guests’ convenience.
We have a private TV lounge where our guests are able to watch DSTV or simply relax in quiet comfort. Breakfasts, light lunches and set 3-course candlelight dinners are served in our spacious dining room. Both these rooms have fireplaces, condusive to cosy conversation on wintery evenings. The patio, furnished with comfortable chairs and couches is protected from the weather on rainy or blustery days by glass stack-away doors, which open onto a large swimming pool set in our lush and tranquil garden.
