THE STRAW BALE ECHO HOUSE
This one-of-a-kind offering built as an Eco Straw Bale house is ideal for 3 couples travelling together or a family of up to 6 persons. The spacious open plan design features a large lounge, dining room, kitchen, fireplace and grand veranda with a pizza oven, BBQ facilities and a natural swimming pool.
The accommodation is made up of a master bedroom with an ensuite, and two double rooms which share a large bathroom.
The Straw Bale House can be utilised exclusively as a self-catering option, or alternatively B&B option is available.

Chrislin African Lodge delivers a unique experience in bed and breakfast accommodation in traditionally African built huts. The well-appointed en-suite rooms, each with their own separate entrances are equipped with numerous practical and personal touches that make our guests feel at home. The huts feature either queen-sized/king-sized beds or two single beds and exude an authentic brand of African charm.
Prices:
All our suites have been designed for maximum comfort based on two persons sharing. Orchard Huts can accommodate one child in the same room as the parents.
Travelling with couples/as a family? Our Sunset Huts are for you! With an inter-leading door between 2 large, ensuite units; you have your own privacy but share a verandah with beautiful Addo sunset views.
Enjoy delicious meals served at our dining area, Sneezewoods.
Breakfast: Start your day with a substantial buffet of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, and home-baked goods, followed by your choice of a farm-style English breakfast, omelettes, or French toast. Fresh juices, filter coffee, and tea are always available. Our eggs on offer are all organic, pasture raised from our lovely Hens on the farm.
Lunch: light lunches are available at Sneezewoods daily.
Dinner: Our on-site restaurant, Sneezewoods, specializes in authentic South African cuisine. Being on an Organic Farm we practice farm to table meal offerings. We are able to cater to vegetarians and Vegans and we can accommodate other dietary needs with advance notice.
Can we entice you with some Addo Adventure? Crisscross, our in-house Adventure Company, offers exciting activities, from Addo Safari drives in open vehicles, river safari’s, quad biking, sandboarding and fishing to mountain biking and bird watching.
