Located on the beautiful Hayterdale Trails property at the foothill of the Zuurberg Mountains, the camp offers easy access to 50 km of scenic mountain biking, trail running, and hiking routes through Yellowwood forests and across rolling hills of valley bushveld dotted with ancient cycads.

Spot over 160 bird species, and even get a glimpse of sable and nyala in the property’s conservancy.

Fully Equipped Boutique Glamping Tents

AfriCamps’ custom-made two-bedroom boutique glamping tents are fully furnished and ideal for five guests. Each tent is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area with a dining table and seating area, a ceiling fan, and an indoor fireplace. To take full advantage of the stunning views at AfriCamps Addo, the tents sport a spacious L-shaped deck and five expansive canvas panels that offer guests an immersive outdoor experience with unparalleled views of the natural surroundings. Enjoy a braai on your spacious wooden deck, take in the views from your private outdoor wood-fired hot tub, or sink into the netted hammock with your favourite book. 

Both bedrooms are furnished with a luxurious extra-length queen-size bed made with electric blankets. One of the bedrooms also contains a single bunk bed. Each bedroom has a private entrance to an en-suite bathroom fitted with a large rain shower, washbasin, and flushing toilet. Both bedrooms are fitted with wall fans and wardrobe space.
