Below, browse some of the delicious dishes including: oyster tempura, kingklip gravlax with beetroot, kudu fillet with red wine emulsion & butternut mash, a cheese platter with homemade chutney, organic goat cheese and de Pekelaar Boerenkaas. All Ingredients are from local producers from farm to table.
